Kenzie Burn is a storyteller, producer, and creative leader whose work lives at the intersection of people, purpose, and production. Kenzie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a track in journalism and a minor in Electronic Media and Film from Towson University. Her academic foundation strengthened a lifelong passion for visual media and prepared her to work fluidly across all stages of production.

Her career began at Earth Conservation Corps, where she served as Youth Media Arts Coordinator, leading media production and digital storytelling initiatives for young creatives navigating systemic barriers. In this role, she not only produced impactful content but also mentored emerging filmmakers, helping them develop technical skills, creative confidence, and professional voice through media.

Kenzie currently serves as Senior Production Coordinator at Root Branch Media Group, where she manages and executes productions from pre-production through final delivery. Her work spans producing, directing, videography, editing, crew coordination, and on-set management. Known for her ability to anticipate needs before they arise, she keeps productions running efficiently while protecting creative integrity and team morale.

A strong advocate for production crews, Kenzie often describes herself as a producer for the people. She is deeply respected for fostering collaborative environments where production assistants, videographers, and creatives at every level feel supported and empowered. Her leadership style blends organization, empathy, and clear communication, making her a trusted presence on fast-paced sets.
